Please fill out all portions of the form below.    Once completed, please select "submit" and your information will be transmitted to our property manager.   Please attach a copy of a voided check, and if the property is a rental, please submit a copy of your lease (minimum term 1 year).   

 

All property transfers and tenants are subject to our Master Deed, Bylaws, and Rules and Restrictions found here.

 

At closing you will be responsible for your portion of: 

HOA Dues: $500.00 Monthly around the 8th month via ACH for current month. 
Parking Permit (outside of garage): $240.00 Annual (Optional if cars not in garage)
Capitalization Fee: $3,000.00 to VRR. 
Closing Documentation Fee: $225.00 to VRR 

 

You should receive at least 1 mailbox key and 1 key fob (for entry to pool/exercise area) at closing from previous owner.

 

You will receive a sign-on and password to the owner portion of the website at www.vrr-ky.com once this form is completed.
