The Village at Rabbit Run community is located off Harrodsburg Road just minutes from many restaurants and shopping. The community is within a 15 minute drive of Rupp Arena, Kroger Field, Keeneland and Fayette Mall. Being so close to Man-O-War and New Circle Road allows you to get almost anywhere in Lexington in 30 minutes or less, including I-75 and I-64. Even though The Village at Rabbit Run is conveniently located, the community has a secluded feel about it.
Community features include architecturally distinctive classic designs and three (3) interior floor plan options, magnificently manicured landscaping, a tree lined street scape and decorative colonial street lamps. There is a beautiful walking trail that meanders along natural landscape areas with many species of trees.
The Community includes a beautiful clubhouse with an exercise room and heated swimming pool. The private exercise facility provides 24/7 access. The Clubhouse is available to residents to use to host private functions. VRR also has it's own full time Property/Repair Manager.

Arborvitae Tree Replacement Policy
As arborvitae trees between units’ sunrooms die or require replacement, a fence, crafted in the same style, color and quality as the one installed in 2025 between units 1996 and 1990, should be installed instead of new arborvitae. Each fence should uphold VRR’s consistent and aesthetic standards. To preserve VRR’s green and natural character, the committee also suggests planting one or more plants (to be chosen by the landscape committee) at the end of each newly installed fence, away from the building. This policy was passed by unanimous vote from the Board.
