Village at Rabbit Run provides a no cost service to automatically pay your dues every month. To enroll in this service, please fill out the enrollment form located under the New Home Owner Info Form tab. Dues will be automatically withdrawn from your checking account on the sixth of each month.
Homeowners are required under the Master Deed to maintain contact information on file with the Association's Management Company. Management needs to be able to contact owners and tenants (if any) in the event of emergency. Please fill out the information form below and return it to the management company.
Prior to making any exterior changes to their unit or garage, homeowners must obtain approval for the modification. Please fill out the modification request form below and return it to the management company. You will be notified of the Board's decision within thirty (30) days.
Homeowners are required to purchase a parking permit for any vehicle being parked and left outside of their garage. The permit will costs $20 a month if they begin mid-year. This will be billed one time (ex. in Sept it would be $20 x 4 months or $80) and renews annually at $240. Please complete the VRR Residential Parking Permit form and bring to the VRR office or mail it to The Village at Rabbit Run, 3430 Rabbits Foot Trail, Lexington, KY 40503 for your sticker.
GUESTS with a vehicle staying overnight will need to print off and fill out the guest parking pass form and place it in clear view on the dash of the vehicle.
