Modifications Responsibility of Unit Owner |

All porch enclosures, patio additions, skylights, & other modifications not included in the original Atchison Heller unit design are the responsibility of the unit owner to maintain. All unit owner modifications subsequently approved by the VRR HOA are likewise the responsibility of the unit owner to provide maintenance and upkeep and are not the responsibility of the VRR HOA.
In addition, the following structures approved by the VRR HOA are listed for ease of identification. Each is the responsibility of the individual unit owner to maintenance.
