As arborvitae trees between units' sunrooms die or require replacement, a Woodland Brown Seclusions Trex fence, 16 ft. long by 6 ft tall shall be installed instead of new arborvitae. Each fence should uphold VRR's consistent and aesthetic standards. To preserve VRR's green and natural character, the committee also recommends planting one or more plants (to be chosen by the landscape committee) at the end of each newly installed fence, away from the building. (Approved by the board in March,2026) The Homeowner's association will pay to install and maintain one plant at the end of each Trex fence. The plant will be chosen by the Landscape Committee. The Trex fences, as well as all the landscaping at VRR, are the property of the HOА. Therefore, the Landscape Committee and the HOA board have approved the guidelines for fence maintenance and it can be found on the website in the homeowners forms / info section and then the Landscape Guidelines and Modification section.
